Return & Exchange Policy
At Evoke Cosmetics, we value customer trust and maintain strict quality and hygiene standards for all cosmetics and beauty
products. The following policy applies to all purchases.
Final Sale for Delivered Orders
Once an order has been delivered and received by the customer, it is considered final sale. Delivered products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive an incorrect item and do not wish to keep it:
- Contact our Customer Care team by email (email to be inserted) within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- You are requested to send our Customer Care Team a picture of the sealed packaging once received, wrong product, and a copy of the receipt.
(No Receipt, No Refund, No Exchange)
- The product must be kept unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- We will arrange for the return of the wrong product.
- After verification, we will arrange delivery of the correct item within 3–7 days.
- If the correct item is out of stock, a refund will be issued to the original mode of payment.
Damaged Item Upon Delivery
All products are shipped in excellent condition. If your order arrives damaged due to courier handling:
- Contact Customer Care by email (email to be inserted) within 48 hours.
- Include clear photos of the sealed packaging once received, damaged product(s), and a copy of the receipt. (No Receipt, No Refund, No Exchange)
- Once verified and confirmed, we will deliver a replacement product within 3–7 days, free of charge.
- If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued to the original mode of payment.
Order Changes or Cancellation
Customers may change their order or cancel their order within 48 hours from the date of placing the order, provided the products have not yet been shipped out. Once the order has been shipped and delivered, it becomes final sale as stated in Section 1.
Discounted & Promotional Purchases
For items purchased at a discounted price or during a promotional offer:
- Refunds will be issued based on the amount actually paid, not the original price.
- For exchanges, the value applied will be equivalent to the discounted amount paid.
- Customers will be requested to provide a copy of the receipt for the items purchased, if the customer is unable to show the receipt , no refund nor exchange can take place.

Please use all products as directed and discontinue use if any irritation occurs. While we strive to provide an excellent experience, individual reactions may vary and are not always predictable. Customers with sensitive skin or known allergies are encouraged to review ingredient lists carefully before use.
